The Isocharge Dec is a hybrid design that combines laminar flow technology with a glove isolator to provide operator protection. A flexible solution with a high degree of tightness, designed for quick emptying of product from bags or drums.
The system consists of a stainless steel chamber, open on one side, which allows easy loading of the packaged product. This fundamental feature allows you to load while leaving the door open.
This achieves a containment level of 1 μg/m3 when open due to the unique design of the main chamber.

Tyvek automatic cap and liner removal Tyvek automatic cap and liner removal from nest prior to loading into the filling and sealing area of the machine. Nests get into the car on a conveyor belt. A special device stops the nest under the heating device. After the heating process, the Tyvek lid and liner are removed from the nest and automatically ejected into the waste channel. Once removed, the nest automatically moves to the filling/capping section of the machine. The removal area and the filling area are separated by a polycarbonate panel. Includes machine work table and extended safety barrier system, as well as a conveyor belt extension. Only possible in combination with automatic nest transport (pos. RSM 1.12).
