The powder loader is an option for the PTK capsule filling machine. The vacuum effect automatically feeds the powder into the main hopper. If there is not enough powder in the hopper, a signal activated by the sensor starts the vacuum pump, which starts the powder supply. The control panel and powder loader are combined and consist of a hopper and a suction pipe, as well as an antistatic connecting hose and an air hose.
Dust collector is an option for the PTK capsule filling machine. Dust is sucked out of the machine and dust collector through this device, which helps the machine to be neat and clean.

Characteristics
The double jacket is an option for the high speed PTK mixer. The container has a double jacket. Water or steam is supplied to the wall cavity to control the temperature of the container.
As an option for the PTK tablet press, the powder feeder automatically feeds the powder into the main powder hopper of the machine using vacuum. If the level of powder in the hopper is low, a signal activated by the sensor starts the vacuum pump, which starts the powder supply.
The system contains a spray head, a detergent tank, a WIP pump and three ports for warm water, cold water and purified water, which are installed in the WIP rack. The system will cycle through the water types and add detergent if needed. After the cleaning is completed, the system is flushed with purified water to complete the cleaning.

Tank lamp is an option for the PTK High Speed Mixer. There is an LED light on the lid of the jar to check the powder while mixing. This lamp is also useful when the operator is checking the powder through the window on the machine. It is semi-permanent and the lamp cover can be removed separately. Thus, cleaning and maintenance are simplified.
Replacement parts are an option for the PTK capsule filling machine. The machine can be configured for any size capsule with a range of replacement parts available. The capsule filling device is designed to be easily replaced by qualified operators.
The device generates heated air to feed the fluidized bed dryer. This air handling unit contains a coil steam heating system, the machine will control the air temperature and adjust the steam to maintain the desired temperature. Contains pre-filter, middle filter and HEPA filter.
The capsule polisher is an option for the PTK capsule filling machine. Dust on manufactured capsules can be removed with this capsule polishing machine.
The device for removing foreign substances generated by drying the coating solution in the coating drum removes them with a vacuum and collects them in a dust collector.
The heat exchanger is an option for the PTK Fluid Bed Dryer. The air is heated through this device and fed into the system. Directly before the blower, pre- and middle filters are installed, which filter the outside air supplied to the heat exchanger.
Wet grinding of agglomerates after mixing or sizing of dry granules after fluid bed drying can be performed using the same mill. Screens are available in various sizes and geometries. The cone mill is available as an integrated system or a stand-alone type.
The powder is loaded by a dust collector and discharged by an insulated vacuum conveyor. The finished material is fed through an antistatic hose to a vacuum conveyor (option). The anti-static hose minimizes getting stuck inside the hose, which reduces power transfer time and safely eliminates the risk of static electricity.
The PTK torque motor replaces the traditional belt driven motor and gearbox. This reduces heat generation and noise. Additional heat reduction is possible by selecting a water-cooled motor with intermittent water supply. The volume of water supply must be prepared at the customer's site.
Magnesium is supplied from a separate rack. The rack consists of a magnesium hopper and a control cabinet. Rollers are used to facilitate movement. Magnesium is supplied to the spray block, which is installed at the base of the feeder.
