Launch of new production facilities for the development and production of APS.
On August 25, a solemn launch of the project "Technical re-equipment of the APS production site" took place at the plant for the production of pharmaceutical substances "Polysynthesis" (a subsidiary of "POLISAN") in Belgorod.).
This project turned out to be one of the most difficult projects, which incorporated many new milestones that speak about the future in the domestic industry.
Innovations in the APS
For the first time in Russia, three fully closed production lines of the final stages of the production of active pharmaceutical substances (APS) have been created using equipment from the Swiss company Dietrich Engineering Consultants (DEC Group). The aim of the project was to increase the production capacity of the main APS by 1.8 times (to the level of 363 tons/year), taking into account the high quality of products in full compliance with GMP requirements.
As a result of 3 years of work on the project, it was possible to significantly reduce the size of the production site, optimize the amount of necessary equipment and clean rooms.
Features of production technology
Most of the technological equipment is located in the CNC zone, the overload is carried out using PTS (c) and SafeDockValve (c) technology to ensure isolation and cleanliness control inside at ISO7 level.
