The MC DecJet® 200-500 series models are ideal for micronization of large batches of powders (500g - 800kg/h). The powder is fed at high speed into a cylindrical chamber where the particles are further accelerated by a stream of nitrogen or compressed air.
When particles moving in a spiral at different speeds collide, they are crushed. During the micronization process, smaller particles leave the chamber with the gas.
