The RKE50 Plunger Inserter and Syringe Labeler is designed for gentle handling of containers in low volume production environments.
The syringes are manually fed into the machine through a chute, the sorting system feeds the plungers which are gripped one by one by a torque controlled robotic arm. Syringes with inserted plungers are transported to the labeling station.
