The MC DecJet® 30-150 series models are ideal for micronization of small volumes of product. The powder is fed at high speed into a cylindrical chamber where the particles are further accelerated by a stream of nitrogen or compressed air.
When particles moving in a spiral at different speeds collide, they are crushed. During the micronization process, smaller particles leave the chamber with the gas.

Semi-automatic ROTA RE25 self-adhesive labeling machines meet all the requirements for precision and reliability. The ampoules/vials are manually inserted by the operator into the transport star wheel, which transfers the vials in sequence to the labeling station. When working with stable vials, the feed can also take place via a small accumulating turntable (option) or a conveyor belt (option) from a previous machine, such as a capping and seaming machine.
