NAC Series machine models are designed to clean cans with air. The guide conveyor picks up 6 cans at a time and turns them over at the cleaning station. The inverted cans are then cleaned using a set of servo-driven ionizing jets.
The opening of the jar is closed by a nozzle guide to prevent dust and particles from escaping. Blowing with ionized air and vacuum suction in a sealed state are performed, after which the containers are unloaded onto the conveyor.
