The RCS Series machines are designed for closing jars with lids. The lids are oriented and fed by a vibrating bunker on a signal from a sensor that detects the can. The screwing station closes cans with lids using rotating capping heads with a given torque.
The model is designed to close containers with screw-on, tight-fitting lids and ROPP-lids. Containers with misaligned, skewed or missing lids are automatically rejected.
