COVISS is a tablet/capsule visual inspection system that has been designed to the highest regulatory standards required for visual inspection. COVISS detects serious defects in products, incl. chipped, dented capsules, or black spots in the softgels in the pill counter as they move through the vibrating chutes. Upon detection of a can containing any defective product, it is removed from the conveyor.
