X-TECH participated in snowmobile festival "SnowUstya"
Annual snowmobile festival "SnowUstya" was held on March 3-4 in the Arkhangelsk region. Traditionally, the festival lasts for two days. On Saturday there was a personal credit in the country of cross-discipline (about 50 km). On Sunday a team race for a long distance of 230-250 km with one refueling was held.
In addition to the festival format and the scale of the event, the SnowNast feature is a team race. In addition, that the distance is impressive, it is also necessary to collect a number of points (to take a group photo), to return in full force, clearly following the track and reporting to the judges, using navigation and photo report.
This year 4 teams has been declared: "Rybinsk Storm", "Russian Snow", "Ustyansky beavers" and "Snow Guard."
The representative of the company X-TECH Alexei Martynov ("Snow Guard") took part in the team race, thanks to is great experience becoming the main "navigator" of the team.
Participants overcame the track not without difficulties. Just a couple of kilometers from the start of one of the two "heavyweights" of the command (utilitarian snowmobile BRP Lynx Yeti) broke the rear lever with rollers, and the caterpillar got a stake.
