Successful micronization trials for the agrochemical partner LLC "Shans Enterprise".
As part of our collaboration with suppliers, we have completed a series of micronization trials for our new partner in the agrochemical industry — LLC "Shans Enterprise". The tests were conducted at a production site in India using the MC DecJet100 spiral jet mill.
The "Shans Enterprise" plant, located in the Lipetsk region, is one of the most advanced and largest facilities in Europe specializing in the production of chemical crop protection agents and other agrochemical products. The company actively implements cutting-edge technologies, aiming for high product quality and compliance with international standards.
The main goal of the trials was to achieve a particle size of d90 = 5 microns. During the process, we encountered several technological challenges related to the product's high static charge, which caused it to adhere to the internal components of the jet mill.
Thanks to the coordinated efforts of our team and close cooperation with our partners, we were not only able to overcome these challenges but also to find an effective solution. Over the course of four days of testing, we identified the optimal equipment settings tailored to the specific properties of the product.
In addition, a universal approach was developed that allows the micronization equipment to be used not only for a single type of product, but also for a wide range of other materials. This opens up new opportunities for increasing production flexibility.

As a result of the joint effort, we successfully achieved the target particle size of 5 microns. This confirmed the effectiveness of the selected solutions and the equipment’s readiness to handle complex agrochemical products.
Together with the manufacturer, we are now starting the production of equipment for the full-scale process line. Ahead are the FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) using the actual product, which will be the final stage before the line is shipped to the Shans Enterprise production facility.
We are confident that the implementation of the new equipment will enable our partner to strengthen its position in the agrochemical market by ensuring consistently high product quality.
