The Model RKE200 Plunger Inserter and Syringe Labeling Machine uses the latest technology and advanced software to ensure accurate plunger insertion and labeling without damaging objects.
Syringes are fed into the machine through a loading chute that can be directly connected to a superior machine, such as a denesting unit or an inspection machine. The sorting system feeds the plungers, which are then transferred through the intermediate wheel to the transport clamps of the main turret. Semi-automatic ROTA RE25 self-adhesive labeling machines meet all the requirements for precision and reliability. The ampoules/vials are manually inserted by the operator into the transport star wheel, which transfers the vials in sequence to the labeling station. When working with stable vials, the feed can also take place via a small accumulating turntable (option) or a conveyor belt (option) from a previous machine, such as a capping and seaming machine.
