The MC DecJet® 200-500 series models are ideal for micronization of large batches of powders (500g - 800kg/h). The powder is fed at high speed into a cylindrical chamber where the particles are further accelerated by a stream of nitrogen or compressed air.
When particles moving in a spiral at different speeds collide, they are crushed. During the micronization process, smaller particles leave the chamber with the gas.

The system consists of an enclosed glove box equipped with HEPA filters and a docking system that allows easy drum attachment, bag unloading and isolated removal via a side port.
Isotube provides a high level of isolation: less than 1 µg/m3.

The Isocharge Dec is a hybrid design that combines laminar flow technology with a glove isolator to provide operator protection. A flexible solution with a high degree of tightness, designed for quick emptying of product from bags or drums.
The system consists of a stainless steel chamber, open on one side, which allows easy loading of the packaged product. This fundamental feature allows you to load while leaving the door open.
This achieves a containment level of 1 μg/m3 when open due to the unique design of the main chamber.
