The DVC is a cost-effective drum emptying solution with no operator exposure, suitable for OEB 3 products.
The system consists of a glass top fume hood and a glove front door through which the drum is docked and unloaded using a suction lance connected to the transfer system PTS Powder Transfer System®.

The DSC system consists of a special stainless steel lid with a glass top and is designed for emptying barrels.
The suction tube built into the system allows the operator to draw the powder out of the drum using the PTS Powder Transfer System®.
The installed filter guarantees a controlled atmosphere inside the system and prevents the release of any particles during operation.

The patented DCS® drum emptying system is a cylindrical stainless steel box with glove ports and a glass lid. The system ensures accurate product discharge from drums with high tightness (<1 µg/m3).
Accurate dosing is ensured by load cells. A freely movable suction lance connected to the PTS Powder Transfer System® powder transfer system allows product to be unloaded without residue .
