One of them is the packaging of cyanoacrylate adhesives, which, especially at high speed, is quite a challenge: it polymerizes very quickly, under adverse conditions or in contact with unwanted materials, so these events must be avoided so that the adhesives remain in liquid form. . Thanks to the fully automatic CYNOPAC system, it is possible to manufacture containers starting from polymer granules, print the product name and other information, fill and seal them all on one continuous automatic line with a reliability of more than 99.5% and a speed of up to 18,000 units per hour.
