What will you be doing:
• Handling incoming customer inquiries regarding technical support for industrial equipment
• Consolidating issues to create requests for the equipment manufacturer
• Collaborating with the service department on equipment operation issues
• Conducting remote connections via video conferencing with partners and clients, providing technical consultations
• Interacting with foreign partners to resolve technical issues with clients' equipment
• Translating technical documentation
• Traveling to production sites to support service engineers and negotiate with clients
Requirements:
• English language proficiency at least at the upper-intermediate level (B2)
• Higher technical education
• Understanding of project management processes is an advantage
