The DMC series counting and filling machine with an integrated checkweighing system is designed to detect and reject broken tablets. The weight of the empty container and the weight of the filled can are measured before and after filling using advanced strain gauges with an accuracy of 50 mg.
The unit allows real-time rejection of filled cans if their weight is outside the set allowable range.
