From powder coating in the automotive industry, continuous loading of diamond dust into acid baths for wire production in the semiconductor industry, to continuous loading of API into a continuous reaction system, Dec has developed a wide range of solutions to meet these complex requirements. Dosing can be done either by repeating high frequency calibrated dosing using the μPTS or flexPTS, or by providing a continuous powder flow using the PFL Powderflex. Most of these systems are suitable for injecting powder directly into the line, even if the process is under vacuum or pressure.

Single Tube System with Inflatable Seal In addition to the dust-free connection, this docking station's GMP-compliant design allows for easy cleaning of the system, including the SIP if required. It consists of a single pipe without internal parts. The BB is attached to the tube with an inflatable seal that can be easily manipulated and secured in position, providing a very tight seal even for different liner sizes. The system can be cleaned using a removable cover with a spray nozzle. An optionally integrated ventilation ring allows dust to be trapped during the removal of the big bags.
