The powder loader is an option for the PTK capsule filling machine. The vacuum effect automatically feeds the powder into the main hopper. If there is not enough powder in the hopper, a signal activated by the sensor starts the vacuum pump, which starts the powder supply. The control panel and powder loader are combined and consist of a hopper and a suction pipe, as well as an antistatic connecting hose and an air hose.

The system is equipped with various temperature probes for temperature mapping as well as a steam trap valve at the lowest part of the mixer. The vessel is insulated to prevent a direct contact with the vessel wall and keeping heat loss as low as possible.
