The PTS Batchmixer® mixing technology has no moving parts and allows powders with different characteristics to be hermetically mixed, significantly reducing time costs. For industrial volumes (from 2 to 6000 liters), the system also provides the ability to work with product volumes equal to a percentage of 10 to 100% of the total volume of the mixer.
The system has a main body with a built-in central deflector and PTS Powder Transfer System® with two tangential inlets. Powders are automatically loaded using PTS and circulate in the mixer tank.
The mixing process occurs as a result of combining two product streams in the body PTS. The system operates under inert conditions for hygroscopic, oxygen sensitive or explosive powders loaded automatically from drums, bags or directly from process equipment. The MC DecJet® 200-500 series models are ideal for micronization of large batches of powders (500g - 800kg/h). The powder is fed at high speed into a cylindrical chamber where the particles are further accelerated by a stream of nitrogen or compressed air.
When particles moving in a spiral at different speeds collide, they are crushed. During the micronization process, smaller particles leave the chamber with the gas.

IST Series induction sealers use a non-contact metal layer heating method to seal plastic and glass containers.
Sealing occurs after the filling and closing of the cans, which are then transported by a conveyor under the electromagnetic field generated by the Trueseal induction sealing head. ICS-60 is a continuous can closing machine. The lids are oriented and fed by a vibrating bunker on a signal from a sensor that detects the can. The screwing station closes cans with lids using rotating capping heads with a given torque.
The model is designed to close containers with both screw-on and tight-fitting lids. Containers with misaligned, skewed or missing lids are automatically rejected.
