Continuous feeding of powder into the process is a common requirement for many solutions. From powder coating in the automotive industry, continuous loading of diamond dust into acid baths for wire production in the semiconductor industry, to continuous loading of API into a continuous reaction system, Dec has developed a wide range of solutions to meet these complex requirements. Dosing can be done either by repeating high frequency calibrated dosing using the μPTS or flexPTS, or by providing a continuous powder flow using the PFL Powderflex. Most of these systems are suitable for injecting powder directly into the line, even if the process is under vacuum or pressure.

The OC Series machines are designed to close jars with tight fitting lids. The lids are loaded into the bowl of the vibrobunker, oriented and fed onto the chute, after which they are placed on the cans, gripped by adjustable side straps, and inserted using the upper clamping strap. Containers with misaligned, skewed or missing lids are automatically rejected.

NAC Series machine models are designed to clean cans with air. The guide conveyor picks up 6 cans at a time and turns them over at the cleaning station. The inverted cans are then cleaned using a set of servo-driven ionizing jets.

Single Tube System with Inflatable Seal In addition to the dust-free connection, this docking station's GMP-compliant design allows for easy cleaning of the system, including the SIP if required. It consists of a single pipe without internal parts. The BB is attached to the tube with an inflatable seal that can be easily manipulated and secured in position, providing a very tight seal even for different liner sizes.
